摘要
为了得到PET改性沥青结合料的性能,对掺加不同PET用量的沥青结合料进行红外光谱试验、粘度试验、常规沥青试验和Superpave试验,并对试验结果进行分析。结果发现在沥青中加入PET后,吸收峰的位置变化不大,表明PET与沥青主要为物理反应;随着PET用量的增加,改性沥青的粘度呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,针入度呈现出增大的趋势,软化点趋势是先增大后减小,延度值不断减小,复数模量呈现降低趋势,相位角呈现降低趋势;劲度模量呈现出先减小后增大的趋势。
In order to get the PET modified asphalt binder performance, asphalt binder adding different amount of PET was tesed used infrared spectrum test, viscosity test, conventional asphalt test and Superpave test, while the test results are analyzed. The results show that when the PET was added into the asphalt, absorption peak position changes little, shown that the reaction between PET and asphalt is physical; with the increase of PET content, the viscosity of modified asphalt increases first and then decreases, penetration increases, the softening point of the trend increased first and then decreased, ductility value decreases and the complex modulus decreases, the phase angle decreases; stiffness modulus showed a trend of increasing first.
