摘要
采用高模量沥青混合料是解决沥青路面车辙病害的有效途径之一,通过70号沥青与布顿岩沥青复配技术来获取高模量沥青,并借鉴法国EME设计思路进行高模量沥青混合料设计研究,基于MMLS3加速加载试验、低温弯曲试验、四分点小梁疲劳试验研究了BRA掺量对高模量沥青混合料耐久性、低温抗裂性以及疲劳性能的影响,综合考虑BRA掺量对高模量沥青流变性能及其混合料路用性能的影响,推荐了高模量沥青混合料适宜的BRA掺量为30%~40%。
Adoption of high modulus asphalt mixture is one of effective ways to solve rutting diseases on asphalt pavement, this article use no. 70 asphalt and rock asphalt compound technology to obtain high modulus asphalt, and draw lessons from the French EME design ideas for asphalt mixture design research, based on the MMLS3 accelerated loading test, low-temperature bending test and quartile trabecular the BRA content on the fatigue durability of high modulus, asphalt mixture, low temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance, comprehensive consideration the influence of BRA content on rheological properties and road performance of high modulus asphalt and its mixture, recommended the suitable BRA content of high modulus asphalt mixture is 30% to 40%.
