李振钧是清代嘉道时期的文学家。他专力为诗,在诗歌领域取得了较高造诣。他的诗题材多样,众体兼工;沉郁悲凉,富于哲理;艺术精湛,善于创新。其诗既无乾嘉以来以学问为诗的掉书袋之弊,又无性灵派的浅俗之弊,有着很强的感染力,是典型的诗人之诗。

Li Zhenjun, a man of letters in the period of Emperor Jia Qing and Emperor Dao Guang, specialized in poetry, and achieved high attainments in the field of poetry. His poetry varied in theme with many styles, depressing and sad, but philosophical, artistically excellent, and innovative. His poetry was typically the poetry of poets with a strong appeal as it abandoned the malpractice of using poetry to show off the poet＇s literary talent and the shallowness and vulgarity of those poets from the Xingling school.
