黔产长萼堇菜中总黄酮的含量测定

Determination of Total Flavones in Viola inconspicus Bl.

目的：对黔产长萼堇菜（viola inconspicus Bl.）全草中的总黄酮含量进行测定。方法：以芦丁为对照品,中性三氯化铝显色,用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果：样品中总黄酮在浓度0.804~16.1 g/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为：Y=31.245 3X＋0.009 8（r=0.999 9）,回收率为100.7%,RSD=1.67%（n=5）。结论：该方法准确,简便,可用于长萼堇菜中总黄酮的含量测定。

Objective：Objective：To establish a content determination method for flavone in Viola in-conspicus Bl.Methods：The content of total flavonoids was determined with neutral AlCl3 reaction colorime-try.Rutin was selected as the reference substance.Results：Quercetin had a liner relationship with the absor-bance in the range of 0.804 -1 6.1 μg/ml and the regression equation was as follows：Y =31 .2453X ＋0.0098 （r =0.999 9）.The average recovery for formeletin was 1 00.7%,and RSD was 1 .67% （n =5）. Conclusion：The established method is simple,accurate and can be used for total flavones determination in Viola inconspicus Bl.
