跟骨骨折内固定术后应用加压包扎与VSD负压引流的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨局部有效加压包扎与VSD负压引流技术应用于跟骨骨折术后的疗效。方法:采用回顾性方式分析2014年1月至2016年1月入我院行骨折切开复位内固定术治疗的30例(34足)跟骨骨折患者,根据切口包扎情况随机分为局部有效加压包扎组与VSD负压引流术组,密切观察患肢血循、运动、皮肤感觉情况及两种包扎技术的有效性,比较分析二者术后切口愈合情况。结果:30例患者的住院时间12~31 d,平均13.6 d。加压包扎组总共15例(15足),13例(13足)切口呈I期甲级愈合,有效比为86.7%;1例(1足)出现皮缘坏死;1例(1足)出现手术切口处有渗液。VSD负压引流组总共15例(19足),14例(17足)切口呈I期甲级愈合,有效比为89.5%;1例(2足)出现皮缘坏死;未出现手术切口处有渗液。随访周期为5-17个月,按Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能,整体愈合率达88.2%。结论:适度的局部加压包扎与VSD负压引流对跟骨骨折术后切口的愈合都有显著的效果,但在切口并发症方面,VSD负压引流技术的发生率更低,因此VSD负压引流技术值得在临床上广泛推广应用。
