摘要
以聚酰胺多胺(PPC)和2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(ETA)为原料,硝酸铈铵为引发剂,通过亲核加成反应合成了一种新型阳离子聚酰胺多胺絮凝剂,通过红外光谱仪、核磁共振氢谱仪对产物的结构进行了表征。考察了PPC与ETA质量比、反应温度、反应时间、引发剂质量对产物特性黏数的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件为:m(PPC)∶m(ETA)=1∶1,引发剂质量为0.06 g,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为6 h,产物特性黏数达到4.31 d L/g。探究了不同阳离子度、絮凝剂质量浓度对造纸废水体系絮凝性能的影响,得到最佳阳离子度为28%~32%,质量浓度为1.8 mg/L,在此条件下CODC r的去除率可达90%以上,透光率达97%以上,与其他同类絮凝剂相比性能优异。
The cationic polyaminamide flocculants are prepared by the nucleophilic addition reaction with polyamide( PPC) and glycidyltrimethyl ammonium chloride( ETA) as raw materials,ceric ammonium nitrate as initiator. The chemical structure of product is characterized by infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum. The effects of experimental factors such as the mass ratio of PPC and ETA,reaction temperature,reaction time and dosage of initiator on the inherent viscosiy of polymer are studied. The obtained optimum reaction conditions are as follows: 1∶ 1 mass ratio of PPC and ETA,0. 06 g of initiator dosage,80℃ of reaction temperature and 6 hours of the time. Under the optimal conditions,inherent viscosiy of polymer is 4. 31 dl / g. The effects of cationic degree and the dosage of flocculant on flocculation performance and mechanism are investigated. When cationic degree is in the range of 28%- 32% and the amount of flocculant is 1. 8 mg / L,the CODcr removal efficiency reaches 90% and the transmittance is nearly 97%. The obained flocculation effect is superior to many other cationic flocculants.
