摘要 以Al_2O_3为载体,采用共浸渍法制备Ni-Co双金属催化剂,研究了Ni-Co摩尔比对CO_2甲烷化催化研究影响。分别采用低温氮气吸附脱附、X射线衍射、CO_2化学吸附、H_2-TPD、H_2-TPR对催化剂进行表征,结果表明,Co的加入对催化剂表面的酸碱性和Ni晶粒尺寸没有显著影响,但却显著提高了催化剂的催化性能,通过在线检测发现,加入Co后催化剂的二氧化碳的裂解温度显著降低,说明Co的加入显著降低了反应的活化能,提高了催化剂的性能。 Ni-Co bimetallic catalysts supported on Al_2O_3 are successfully synthesized by co-impregnation. The influence of Ni / Co molar ratio on the catalytic performance for the carbon dioxide methanation is systematically investigated. The catalysts are characterized by N_2 adsorption / desorption,X-ray diffraction( XRD),CO_2 temperatureprogrammed desorption( CO_2-TPD),H_2 temperature-programmed desorption( H_2-TPD) and H_2 temperature-programmed reduction( H_2-TPR). The results indicate that the addition of Co has no obvious effect on the acid-base properties of the catalysts and the partial size of Ni on the catalyst surface,but the catalytic activity is significantly improved. Online experimental consequence shows that pyrolysis temperature of carbon dioxide is greatly decreased,suggesting that the activation energy of the reaction has been dramatically reduced by the addition of Co. Therefore,the Ni / Co bimetallic catalyst shows excellent catalytic performance.
