加氢处理和催化裂化联合工艺加工渣油的新技术 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了一种新型渣油加氢处理和催化裂化联合的加工方法。简单说明了传统渣油加氢的不足和联合加工方法的特点及优势。利用固定床反应器预处理除去渣油中金属杂质,并将催化裂化重柴油单独加氢处理,提高其氢含量,生产超低硫清洁燃料。考察了一段加氢工段中脱金属和脱硫的影响因素,确定最佳工艺条件为:压力14.7 MPa,温度400℃,空速0.5 h^(-1),氢油比500∶1。在此条件下与催化裂化联合加工,结果表明,最终产品的液收达到91.76%,脱金属、脱硫、脱氮和脱残碳率分别为89.01%、94.00%、47.48%、62.22%。 A novel combined process of hydrotreating and FCC for residue oil is introduced in this paper. The disadvantages of traditional hydrogenation for residue oil and the superiority of combined process of hydrotreating and FCC are simply explained. The metal impurities are removed from the residue in the fixed-bed reactors. Then the clean fuel with ultra-low sulfur are producd through a separately hydrotreating step to improve the content of hydrogen for the FCC heavy diesel. The optimum conditions in one-stage hydrogenation section are determined as: 6. 5 MPa of the pressure,400℃ of the temperature,1. 6 h^(-1) of the space velocity and 600 ∶ 1 of the ratio of hydrogen to oil. Under the optimal conditions,the hydrogenation by combined process of hydrotreating and FCC is the best. The liquid yield of final products reaches 91. 76%. The average removal rates of HDM,HDS,HDN and HDCCR are 94. 00%,89. 01%,62. 22%and 90. 35%,respectively.
