摘要
针对先进航空发动机关键零件广泛应用的骨干高温合金GH4169,介绍了国内外材料组织检测标准现状,分析国外IN718合金低倍和显微组织检验与评定标准、不均匀晶粒度评定标准的特点,以及国内航空用GH4169合金组织检测标准现状,提出研究制定《航空用GH4169合金低倍和显微组织检验与评定55,《航空用GH4169合金晶粒度评定方法》国军标的建议,为航空用GH4169合金高低倍组织检测与评价提供技术依据。
The characteristics of inspection standards including macrostructure, microstructure and nonuniform grain size for alloy IN718 and GH4169 widely used in key parts of aeroengines were introduced in the paper. Based on the analysis for these standards, the suggestions for establishing the following two standards of 〈 macrostructure & microstructure inspection and evaluation for aeronautical GH4169 〉 and 〈 methods for estimating the grain size for aeronautical GH4169 〉 were presented, so as to provide technical basis for the macrostructure & microstructure inspection and evaluation of aeronautical GH4169.
