摘要
系统研究了拉伸试验性能指标的影响因素,从取样方向、取样位置、试样加工和尺寸偏差、试验参数选定、试样夹持、定位装置及试验设备本身精度等方面对影响材料性能测定的因素进行统计分析,并针对影响因素和机理进行研究,提出有效的实施对策,从而使检验精确度得到了大幅提高。
Influence factors were studied about the performance indicators of the tensile testing, statistical analysis was done about the influencing factors for material performance measurement such as sampling direction, sampling position, sample processing and size deviation, test parameters selected, positioning device and precision test equipment itself.
