摘要
为满足岩石硬质环境工矿要求,设计出一种新型高强高韧耐磨斗齿材料,通过对材料的热处理工艺进行研究,确定出合理的热处理工艺。通过对斗齿本体的显微组织、力学性能、硬度分布、冲击韧度分布以及耐磨性能进行的研究表明:新型斗齿材料生产的斗齿各项力学性能满足技术要求,其耐磨性能优于韩国进口斗齿,具有巨大开发价值。.
To meet the requirements of mining rock, a kind of new wear-resisting bucket tooth material with high strength and ductility had been made, determining the reasonable heat treatment process by research. The studied of microstructure, mechanical properties, hardness, impact toughness and wear resistance of material showed that: the mechanical properties conformed to the technical requirements, and the wear resistance was better than the materials which imported from South Korea. The new material has great development value.
