摘要
针对中小型高炉料车式上料机卷扬减速机长时间使用后故障率升高的问题,通过对三环减速机结构,工作原理的介绍,利用减速机故障频率、噪声来源和现场经验对失效原因进行分析,为延长同类设备使用寿命提供参考。
This paper is aiming at the increasing failure rate of skip-type feeding machine winching reducer of small and medium-sized blast furnace after long-time run. It makes an introduction of the structure and working principle of three- ring gear reducer, depends on the fault frequency, noise source and site experience to analyse the failure reasons, in order to prolong the lifetime of the relevant equipments.
