The article combed the impacts of the medical and pharmaceutical separation policy on both doctors and patients by analyzing the hospital business data and doctor-patient feedback results from a medical and pharmaceutical separation reform hospital in Beijing. It proved that the measures could effectively reduce the illness cost burden of patients with medical insurance in Beijing, ensure the balance of hospital pay-ments, improve the revenue of medical staff,reflect the value of their labor.
