江苏省盐城市某医院妊娠糖尿病患者自我护理行为现状调查

Investigation of Current Situation of Self-Care Behavior of Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus in a Hospital in Yancheng,Jiangsu

目的:调查江苏省盐城市某医院妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者的自我护理行为现状,分析其影响因素,为开展妊娠糖尿病健康教育、提高患者自护行为提供依据。方法:采用SDSCA、SSRS、DES-SF对盐城市某医院诊断为GDM的150例患者进行调查。结果:多元逐步回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、GDM认知状况、社会支持状况是GDM患者自护行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:应努力完善妊GDM健康教育网络和社会支持系统;结合GDM患者自身存在的问题提供针对性指导,提高GDM患者的自护行为,更好地控制血糖,预防母婴并发症的发生。

Objective ：To investigate the current situation of self-care behavior of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） and analyze its related influential factors in a certain hospital in Yancheng city, Jiangsu province. The results will be used to provide reliable evidences for health education of patients with GDM and improvement of their self-care activities. Methods： 150 patients diagnosed with GDM were investigated by using SDSCA, SSRS, DES - SF scales in a certain hospital in Yancheng city. Results： Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that self- care behavior was influenced by patients＇ age, culture level, the level of GDM cognitive status and social support （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The network of health education and the social support system should be improved for patients with GDM. Some targeted guidance should be proposed for GDM patients＇ own problems in order to improve their self-care behavior, controll their blood sugar levels and prevent maternal and infant complications.
