摘要 研究了在国标GB/T 3534—2002日用陶瓷器铅、镉溶出量测定方法的基础上,应用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定陶瓷酒瓶中金属溶出的检测方法。在优化条件下,以Rh(103)和Tl(205)为内标,检测金属的线性相关系数均大于0.999,检出限在0.002~0.88μg/L。将该方法用于陶瓷酒瓶溶出液的测定,其相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.735%~8.810%,加标回收率为91.90%~110.7%。使用该方法简单、快捷、准确,可以获得满意结果。 A method for the determination of metal elements released from ceramic bottle by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry had been developed on the basis of national standard GB/T 3534---2002 Standard Testing Methods for Lead and Cadmium released from Do- mestic Ceramic. Under the optimized conditions, Rh(103) and T1 (205) were used as the internal standards, the linear correlation coefficients of the standard curve were more than 0.999, and the detection limits were between 0.002-0.88 μg/L.The ceramic bottle extracts were detected by this method, the relative standard deviation(RSD) of the metal elements were in the range of 0.735 %-8.810 %, and the recoveries of samples were between 91.90 %-110.7 %. Such method was simple, rapid and reliable and the results were satisfactory.
