摘要
确定胶葛片的最佳水提工艺。应用高效液相色谱法和正交实验法,以胶葛片中活性成分葛根素转移率及全方干膏得率为指标,确定胶葛片的最佳水提工艺参数。胶葛片最佳水提工艺为:配方水提饮片加10倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1 h。经试验优选出的水提工艺稳定可靠,适用于胶葛片的提取。
To establish the best decoction technology of jiaoge tablets. Take transport rate of Puerarin and extractive of Chinese herbal decoction pieces as an indecator to determine the extraction process of jiaoge tablets. Herbs plus 10 times amount of water to decoct 2times,boiling 1 hours every time. The optinized techenology is stable and reliable, can be used tor the extraction of jiaoge tablets.
