摘要
采用多种方法对汽油进行前处理,结合薄样技术,利用自制的X射线荧光能谱仪同时测定汽油中的Fe,Mn元素。并对XRF分析方法进行了方法学的验证。XRF能谱仪采用Mo靶激发,结合新型的SDD探测器和薄样技术,基本消除基体干扰,并且采用内标法进行定量,具有检出限低、灵敏度高等优点,并且所测样品结果与ICP-AES结果基本一致。
Using a variety of methods to pretreatment gasoline, the Fe, Mn elements in gasoline were determined by X ray fluorescence spectrometer combined with the thin sample technology. And the method of XRF analysis was validated. XRF spectrometer with Mo target excitation, combined with new SDD detector and thin sample technique, and basic elimination of matrix interference, and by internal standard method was used for quantitative analysis, with the detection limit is low, the advantages of high sensitivity, and the measured sample and ICP - AES results are basically the same.
