氨水缓冲罐罐底板翘曲变形分析

摘要 氨水缓冲罐是一个立式常压平底储罐,某日投料准备过程中,罐底板发生翘曲变形,变形量较大。介绍了设备工艺参数和现场情况,从设计和操作两方面分析罐底板翘曲变形原因,提出短周期和长周期运行的整改措施。 Ammonia buffer tank is a vertical atmospheric flat bottom tank. The bottom of the tank occur warpage and deformation large amount during the feeding trial run. In this paper, the process parameters and the field condition of the equipment are introduced, and the reasons of warping deformation are analyzed from two aspects of design and operation, and the improvement measures for the short period and long period operation are put forward.
