摘要
应用化学反应和燃烧学的基础理论,研究锅炉烟气中NO_x的生成条件和路径,认为NO_x主要是在燃料完全燃烧之后生成的。其生成的主要原因是:烟气温度高于1 500℃;烟气中含有多余的氧;含氮燃料挥发分挥发太快;燃烧组织不合理。提出了锅炉NO_x超低排放的方法。
Abstract:Used basic theory of chemical reactions and combustion science, studied generating condition and path of NOx in flue gas. It was found that NOx ws produced mainly after the complete combustion of fuel. The main reason for its generation was that flue gas temperature higher than 1 500 ℃, flue gas containing excess oxygen, nitrogen containing fuel volatile and volatile too fast, burning organization unreasonable. Proposed a method of NOx ultra-low emissions.
