金融发展与技术创新系统耦合的时空分异特征研究

Research on Spatio-temporal Difference of Coupling between Financial Development and Technology Innovation

金融发展与技术创新的交互作用在经济增长过程中至关重要,借鉴物理学中的耦合协调评价模型,将金融发展与技术创新视为两个子系统,对二者的耦合协调关系及时空分异特征进行研究。结果表明:耦合协调度在我国不同省份具有显著差异,整体呈现"东高西低"的分布格局,大部分省份的技术创新能力滞后于金融发展水平,两个系统协调发展的良性机制尚未形成。据此建议各省份在制定经济政策时,应从金融供给侧或技术供给侧寻求着力点,通过复合系统良性运转实现经济持续增长。

The interaction between the financial development and the technology innovation plays an important role in the process of economic growth. With references of the evaluation model of coupling and coordination in physics, this paper studies at the coupling degree and the spatio-temporal difference characteristics of the financial development and technology innovation system. The results show that the coupling degree has significant differences in different provinces of China. On the whole, the distribution pattern is higher in the east than the west. Abilities of technology innovation in most provinces lag behind their financial development levels, which means a sound mechanism of coordinated development has not been established between these two systems. Based on that, this paper argues that each province should focus on the financial supply side or technical supply side in the economic policy making, and thus, achieve the sustainable development of economy through the sound operation of the composite system.
