摘要
以2005—2015年年度国家光伏产业相关专利公布数量作为衡量产业技术研发能力的指标,分析了国家间技术研发能力与光伏产业技术创新成长能力,选取中美徳韩日五国光伏产业研发中14个相关领域公布的专利数据,实证分析了五国光伏领域的技术创新优势,结果显示:光伏产业技术创新能力主要来源于国家政策性投资,企业技术研发投入受市场环境变化程度明显,对于我国光伏产业的发展而言,首先应提高技术含量和综合管理水平,进行经营模式的提升和更新,由政府牵头出台相应的贷款政策,处理好由传统能源结构向新能源结构转变过程中的问题。
Based on the relating patents numbers published from 2005 to 2015,regard annual national photovoltaic industry as a measure of industrial technology research and development (R & D )capabilities.Then compare the technology R & D capability betw-een countries and analyze the technological innovation growth capability of photovoltaic industry. Further, we select the patent data of 14 related areas in China, U S A, Germany,Japan and South Korea,the five countries' photovoltaic industry development as the basis,and empirically analyze the technological innovation advantages in the five countries' field . Finally, make a comprehensive evaluation on the technological innovation growth capability of the photovoltaic industry. The results indicates that the technological innovation capability of photovoltaic industry mainly comes from the national policy investment and the enterprise technology R & D investment significantly affected by the market environment. Therefore,for the development of photovoltaic industry in our country, we should firstly improve the technological content and comprehensive management level, enhance and update the business mode, introduce the corresponding loan policy led by the government and settle the problems in the process of traditional energy changing to the new,energy structure.
