从鹅湖之会看吕祖谦的理学之功

Lv Zuqian's Li-Xue Philosophy in the E-Hu Debate

鹅湖之会,是吕祖谦于南宋淳熙二年发起主持的一次著名的哲学辩论会,在中国学术史上极有意义。这次会议,人们的关注焦点从来都集中在朱熹与陆九渊二人方面。其实,这次会与吕祖谦有着根本的内在联系:如果没有吕祖谦,就不会有鹅湖之会,是吕祖谦的人事基础与理学理念促成了鹅湖之会。吕祖谦意欲通过鹅湖之会,将朱学陆学统一至吕学的学术路径上。这次会议对朱、陆、吕三方,甚至以后元明清的的学术发展,都起到了极大的推动作用。吕祖谦对理学史的发展贡献良多。

E-Hu Debate is of significant importance in the Chinese academic history, which was held byLv Zuqian in the second year of Chun Xi, Southern Song Dynasty.It was traditionally believed that Zhu Xiand Lu Jiuyuan were the central figures of the conference, but the truth is that without the great effort of LvZuqian, who had close personal ties and profound attainments in Li-Xue philosophy, the conference was impossibleto be held. By this debate, Lv Zuqian intended to promote the combination of Zhu Xi, s philosophyand Lu Jiuyuan ’s philosophy, and finally integrated Zhu Xi ^ s philosophy and Lu Jiuyuan ^ s philosophy intoLv Zuqian＇s academic thought. The conference enjoyed profound academic influences over latter dynasties,from the Yuan Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty. Anyhow, Lv Zuqian made great contribution to the developmentof Li-Xue philosophy.
