摘要
随着全球化时代的到来,国际交流日益频繁,基础教育课程国际化改革服务于国家战略需要已成为世界各国的共同趋势。澳大利亚为确保其在亚洲世纪中的利益最大化,在基础教育课程变革过程中,力图通过学科内容渗透亚洲元素,开展主题教学活动和专门开设亚洲语言课程等举措服务其"亚洲战略"。而进入新世纪以来,中非关系在各领域快速发展,但如何加强国人对非洲的了解,增进与非洲的交往是我国"非洲战略"面临的主要挑战。澳大利亚基础教育课程在服务国家"亚洲战略"方面的经验值得我们研究和借鉴。我国基础教育课程可以通过在学科内容中渗透非洲元素、开展有关非洲文化的主题活动、在基础教育阶段开设关键外语选修课程、加强中非双方在基础教育领域的互动与交流等措施,有意识地为我国的"非洲战略"提供对接和支撑。
With the further acceleration of economic globalization and world integration, internationalizationof basic educational curriculum reform to serve the national strategic needs has become the world trend ofcurriculum reform of basic education. To align with the Australia ’ s “ strategies toward Asia” , Australialaunched the basic educational curriculum reform through penetrating Asian elements into course contents, carryingout different themes of activities, and offering Asian languages courses so as to realize its u strategies towardAsia,? to ensure its national interests in the Asian century. Since entering the new century, Sino-Africanrelations have experienced in-depth development in various areas. But how to strengthen the understanding ofAfrica and improve interactions with Africa has been the main challenge for Chinese “ strategies toward Africa”.The service of Australia ^ s basic education for its national strategies could provide us with some insights.The basic education in China can also consciously provide service for our country’s“strategies toward Africa”by means of penetrating African elements into course contents, carrying out different themes of activities aboutAfrican culture, running critical foreign languages elective courses at the basic educational level, and highlightingSino-African interaction and communication in the basic education.
