Key Points for the Investigation of Criminal Cases Based on VoIP Technology

VoIP是互联网应用中的一项重要内容,它不仅为互联网通信带来了发展空间,也为犯罪分子提供了新的作案条件。本文从VoIP的工作原理出发,着重阐述了侦破利用VoIP技术进行犯罪的案件中的侦查难点和取证要点,以期为此类案件的办理提供有益参考。

Currently, VoIP technology is one of the important internet-applications. VoIP technology is not only introducing new horizon for internet-communication, but also providing new criminal tools. Firstly, the principles of VoIP was introduced in this paper, then the standards of VoIP technology and its communication characteristics were discussed, at last, some key points during evidence investigation of criminal cases based on VoIP were advised. This paper provides a useful reference for the relating evidence investigation.
