摘要
目的建立快速、准确、环保、灵敏度高的测定盐酸安他唑啉含量的方法。方法采用Mettler DL-50自动电位滴定仪,以5.0 ml盐酸和50 ml乙醇作溶剂,氢氧化钠做滴定剂进行电位滴定,比较电位滴定法与非水滴定法的结果。结果取样量在0.12~0.35 g范围内,线性良好,r=0.9998(n=6),准确度RSD为0.3%,重复性RSD为0.2%和0.3%。电位滴定法与非水滴定法测定结果一致。结论电位滴定法快速、准确、灵敏,且消除了现行方法对环境的污染因素,可作为盐酸安他唑啉含量的测定方法。
Objective To establish a rapid and accurate,environmental protection,high sensitivity method for the determination of antazoline hydrochloride.Methods The potentiometric titration was performed on Mettler DL-50 and Mettler DG115-GC using 5.0 ml hydrochloric acid and 50 ml ethylalcohol as solvent and Sodium hydroxide as titrantion.The potentiometric titration in contrast was compared with non-aqueous titration method.Results The linear range of weight was 0.12 to 0.35g(r=0.9998,n=6),the RSD of accuracy experiment and repeatability experiment were 0.3%,0.2% and0.3%.Potentiometric titration and non-aqueous titration results were consistent.Conclusion Potentiometric titration method is fast,accurate,sensitive,and elimination of the existing methods of environmental pollution factors,can be used as bupropion hydrochloride his method for the determination of imidazoline
