锁定钢板与逆行髓内钉对股骨远端骨折的临床效果研究

Clinical study of locking plate and retrograde intramedullary nail in the treatment of distal femoral fractures

目的探讨锁定钢板与逆行髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法选取2015年4月~2016年4月我院股骨远端骨折患者60例作为研究对象,根据采用治疗方法不同,分为两组,对照组30例患者治疗方法为锁定加压钢板治疗,观察组30例患者治疗方法为逆行髓内钉治疗,对比两组患者治疗情况。结果观察组手术情况（手术时间、术中出血量、完全负重时间）、膝关节功能恢复优良率、肢体缩短、膝关节屈曲、膝关节活动范围、术后并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论股骨远端骨折患者选择逆行髓内钉治疗效果优于锁定钢板内固定,手术时间短且创伤小,促膝关节功能早日恢复,应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of treatment of distal femoral fracture with locking plate and retrograde intramedullary nail.Methods 60 patients with distal femoral fractures from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were performed in the clinical research,according to the different treatment methods,were divided into two groups,30 patients in the control group treatment for locking compression plate in the treatment of 30 cases of the observation group.Treatment methods for retrograde intramedullary nail in the treatment of treatment,compared two groups of patients.Results Observation（operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume operation group to completely load time）,knee joint function recovery rate of excellent and good,limb shortening,knee flexion,knee joint range of motion,postoperative complications rate compared with the control group,with the significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The patients with treatment options the effect is better than that of the locking plate fixation of distal femoral fracture with retrograde intramedullary nail,short operation time and less trauma and early recovery of joint function cuxi,application effect is remarkable.
