子宫内膜下彩色多普勒超声显像诊断子宫病变的临床意义

Clinical significance of color Doppler ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of uterine endometrial lesions

目的探讨彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）在子宫内膜病变诊断上的临床应用价值。方法回顾2012年1月~2015年12月在我院诊断为子宫内膜病变且行手术治疗的50例患者资料,分析其CDFI超声声像图特征,并与术后病理结果进行对比分析。结果子宫内膜良性病变的彩色血流显示率为84%,PW显示中高阻（0.65±0.12）;恶性病变的彩色血流显示率100%,PW显示低阻（0.40±0.09）,子宫内膜病变部位的血管扩张,血流供给增加,子宫内膜下子宫小动脉彩色多普勒显像较普遍,两组患者子宫内膜良、恶性病变彩色血流显示率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论彩色多普勒超声显像和频移有利于对子宫内膜病变的性质进行判断,在临床上对明确子宫内膜病变的诊断具有重要的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） in the diagnose of uterine endometrial lesion.Methods 50 patients who were diagnosed as uterine endometrial lesion and treated with operation in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected in this study.The features of CDFI of the patients and their postoperative pathological results were retrospectively analysed.Results The color flow display rate of uterine endometrial benign lesions was 84%,PW appeared middle and high impedance（0.65±0.12）;the color flow display rate of malignant lesions was 100%,PW appeared low impedance（0.40±0.09）.The blood vessels in the malignant lesions expanded,and the blood supply increased.It was common that CDFI of endometrial uterine arterioles was imaging.The compare of the color flow display rate between the endometrial benign lesions and the malignant lesions was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion CDFI benefits the diagnose of characters of uterine endometrial lesion,and that makes a great value in clinic.
