左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素对宫颈炎患者的疗效及安全性探讨

Efficacy and safety of Levofloxacin combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of cervicitis

目的研究左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素对宫颈炎患者的疗效及安全性。方法选择我院2014年3月~2016年3月118例宫颈炎患者作为研究对象。以随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各59例。观察组使用左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗,对照组患者使用阿奇霉素治疗,对比两组不同方式治疗后的作用效果及安全性。结果观察组患者治疗优良率为98.31%（58/59）,明显高于对照组的76.27%（45/59）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组患者出现呕吐、头痛以及食欲不振的比例明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后观察组与对照组的评分均得到明显改善,且观察组的降低程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素对于宫颈炎患者的治疗效果较好,并且有效降低不良反应的发生概率,对于宫颈炎患者而言能够有效提升生活质量,缓解患者焦虑情绪。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Levofloxacin combined with Azithromycin on patients with cervicitis.Methods 118 cases of cervicitis patients from March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were chosen as the research object,and divided into the observation group and control group by digital method,with 59 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated using the left Levofloxacin combined with Azithromycin,the control grpup with the implementation of Azithromycin for the treatment.The two groups were compared after different treatment effect and safety.Results.After the implementation of two groups of patients,the excellent and good rate was98.31%（58/59）,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 76.27%（45/59）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The observation group of patients with headache and vomiting,loss of appetite and the number of patients were significantly less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The observation group and the control group were significantly regulated after treatment,but observation group decreased significantly superior to the control group,with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with Azithromycin for treatment of cervicitis is better,and effectively reduces the incidence of adverse reactions, can effectively enhance the quality of life and relieve the anxiety for cervicitis patients.
