我院960张处方国家基本药物应用情况点评与分析

Review and analysis on the application of 960 national essential drugs in our hospital

目的分析本院国家基本药物应用情况,提高处方合理率。方法抽取2014年1月~2015年12月本院门诊处方（按季度随机抽取,每季度抽取120张）960张,依据国家基本药物目录、《处方管理办法》、药品说明书、《抗菌药物应用指导原则》等,对抽取的处方进行评审,并分析评审结果。结果 960张处方中,国家基本药物使用频率最高的为抗微生物药物,国家基本药物使用率平均为64.44%;2014年度合理处方共404张,处方合理率为84.17%,不合理率为15.83%（76/480）;2015年度合理处方413张,处方合理率为86.04%;不合理率为13.96%（67/480）。结论对处方国家基本药物应用情况进行点评和分析,提高国家基本药物使用率和处方合理率,促进合理用药。

Objective To analyze the application situation of the National Institute of basic medicine,then improve the prescription qualified rate.Methods The outpatient service prescrition from January 2014 to December 2015 about 960（quarterly random,each quarter from 120） was extracted in Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University.According to the national essential drugs list,prescription management method,dispensatory,antibacterial drug application guidelines and so on,next prescription which extracted was reviewed and the conclusion was analyzed.Results Of the 960 prescriptions,the highest frequency of national essential drugs was anti microbial drugs.The rate of th national essential drugs used was 64.44%;in 2014,among the 404 resonable prescriptions,the qualited was 84.17% and the unqualited was 15.83%（76/480）.In 2015,among the 413 resonable prescriptions,the qualified rate of prescriptions was 86.04% and the unqualified rate was 13.96%（67/480）.Conclusion Reviewing and analyzing the basic drugs used in the prescription,not only can improve the national base,the drug use rate and the qualified rate of prescription,but also can promote the rational use of drugs.
