临床路径护理对子宫肌瘤患者围术期负性情绪及护理满意度的影响

Impact of clinical pathway nursing on perioperative negative emotion and nursing satisfaction of patients with uterine fibroids

目的分析临床路径护理对子宫肌瘤患者围术期负性情绪及护理满意度的影响,为临床护理工作提供参考。方法选取2013年8月~2016年5月我院收治的81例子宫肌瘤患者,根据护理方法不同分为观察组（n=47）和对照组（n=34）,观察组采用临床路径护理,对照组采用常规护理。对比两组住院时间、治疗费用、抑郁度和焦虑度评分、满意度及治疗依从性。结果观察组住院时间和治疗费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预后观察组抑郁度和焦虑度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的满意度为97.87%（46/47）,高于对照组的82.35%（28/34）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的治疗依从性为95.74%（45/47）,高于对照组的76.47%（26/34）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床路径护理可缩短子宫肌瘤患者的住院时间,降低其医疗费用,改善其围术期负性情绪,提高其护理满意度和治疗依从性,效果良好,具有较高的实用价值。

Objective To analyze the impact of clinical pathway nursing on perioperative negative emotion and nursing satisfaction of patients with uterine fibroids,and to provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods 81 patients with uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from August 2013 to May 2016 were selected and divided into observation group（n=47） and control group（n=34） according to different nursing methods.Patients in the observation group were used clinical pathway nursing,and patients in the control group were used routine nursing.The hospital stays,treatment cost,depression and anxiety score,satisfaction and treatment compliance in two groups were compared.Results The hospital stays and treatment cost in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;After intervention,depression and anxiety score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The satisfaction in the observation group was97.87%（46/47）,higher than 82.35%（28/34） in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The treatment compliance in the observation group was 95.74%（45/47）,higher than 76.47%（26/34） in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical pathway nursing can shorten the hospital stays of patients with uterine fibroids,decrease treatment cost,improve the perioperative negative emotion,enhance nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance,has good effects and higher application value.
