摘要
本研究在实证研究的基础上,讨论了新生代《易经》认知与理解对职业生涯规划的影响,这对新生代进行中国传统文化教育、理解引导新生代价值观和指导职业生涯规划具有非常现实的指导意义。本研究对新生代《易经》的认知进行了定量的讨论,在对以往的《易经》认知的研究文献梳理过程中,尚未发现定量的相关讨论,本研究试图在定性研究和定量研究之间架起一座桥梁,这样的研究方法对于今后的同类研究具有参考意义。
On the basis of empirical research, the authorhas discussed the influence of the new generation's cognitionof I-Ching on their career planning, which has very realisticsignificance to do Chinese traditional culture education,understand the new generation value view and guide the careerplanning guidance. The author has done quantitative discussionabout the cognition of the new generation of I-Ching. Amongthe existed relative literature, there's no quantitative discussionfind that. In this thesis, the author has tried to make a bridgebetween qualitative research and quantitative research, whichwill be of reference significance to similar study in the future.
