基于程序理性的供应商管理绩效研究

摘要 本文基于程序理性理论,探究了管理者的程序理性、对供应商的控制感与供应商管理绩效之间的影响关系。同时,验证了合作行为、供应商不确定性对上述关系的调节作用。本研究搜集了120份来自工业企业的有效问卷。研究结果表明:程序理性与对供应商的控制感具有正向影响关系;对供应商的控制感与供应商运营绩效具有正向影响关系(关系a);合作行为对关系(a)具有正向调节作用;供应商不确定性对关系(a)具有负向调节作用。 This paper explored the relationship amongprocedural rationality, perceived supplier control and supplieroperational performance. We also test the moderatingeffects of cooperative behavior with a supplier and thesupplier uncertainty on the relationship between perceivedsupplier control and supplier operational performance.Using 120 valid questionnaires collected in manufacturingindustry, results indicated that: (1) Procedural rationality ispositively related to perceived supplier control; (2) Perceivedsupplier control is positively related to supplier operationalperformance(relationship a). (3) Cooperative behaviorpositively moderates relationship (a);(4) Supplier uncertaintynegatively moderates relationship (a) as well.
