摘要
设计2台1 000 MW超超临界发电机组中央控制室和基于maxDNA控制系统的人机界面.中央控制室包含6个功能分区,基于maxDNA控制系统的人机界面包含标示区、控制区、输入输出区、信息区,并首次应用于1 000 MW发电机组.结果表明:设计的中央控制室和人机界面遵循了机组运营要求、岗位功能分区、人机工程要求、高安全等级的原则,系统运行至今效果良好,并应用于国内6家电厂.
Design two sets of 1 000 MW ultra supercritical generating units of the central control room and based on maxDNA control system which used the man-machine interface.The central control room contains 6function zones.The man-machine interface of the maxDNA control system includes the marking area,the control area,the input/output area and the information area,and also it is the first application in 1 000 MW power generating.The results show that:the design of the central control room and man-machine interface both follow these priciples,including the requirements of the unit operation,the position of functional partition,the man-machine engineering requirements,and a high level of security,the operation has good result and applying in 6domestic power plant so far.
