卵状ε-MnO_2的合成及其高活性催化降解亚甲基蓝 被引量:1

Synthesis of Ellipsoid-like ε-MnO_2 and Highly Active Catalytic Degradation of Methylene Blue

摘要 通过500℃焙烧卵状MnCO_3前驱体,制得了一种高效降解亚甲基蓝的卵状ε-MnO_2催化剂.采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射分析仪、紫外可见分光光度计、比表面积测定仪对材料进行了测试.结果显示,卵状ε-MnO_2催化剂具有很高的比表面积,为88m2/g.将制得的卵状ε-MnO_2材料应用于亚甲基蓝的降解,在H2O_2存在下,卵状ε-MnO_2对亚甲基蓝的脱色率高达92%,表现出在室温下去除亚甲基蓝的优越能力. In this paper, through calcining the ellipsoid-like MnCO 3 precursors at 500℃, the ellipsoid-like e-MnO2 catalysts with an excellent property to decompose methylene blue can be obtained. e-MnO 2 is measured by SEM, XRD, UV-Vis and BET. The results show that the ellipsoid-like e-MnO 2catalysts pos-sess a high surface area of ca. 88 m2/g. The obtained ellipsoid-like e-MnO 2 materials are used as catalysts to decompose methylene blue in the present property of H2O2. And the ellipsoid-like e-MnO 2 can remove a-bout 92% of methylene blue, which shows excellent property to remove methylene blue at room tempera-ture. This shows that ellipsoid-like e-MnO 2 is a highly efficient catalyst removal of methylene blue.
