摘要
采用数理统计法对湖南X大学连续4届英语本科师范教育毕业生入职行业现状进行系统分析,结果表明,X大学英语师范生毕业就业率比较高,但普遍存在就业岗位与所学专业相脱节的现象。英语本科师范教育培养目标的弱化与泛化、课程体系设置中英语专业师范职业技能特色的缺位、学生择业的功利性思想、英语师资培养保障机制的断链等因素是导致当前高校英语师范生就业岗位的非师范性的主要原因。强化高等学校英语本科师范教育的培养目标,加强英语师范教育专业职业技能特色课程建设,建立高校英语本科师范教育保障机制,引导学生树立正确择业价值观是规避英语本科师范生非师范性就业的有效路径。
Based on the employment dada of working sectors and the result of field investigation and in te rv iew , this essay makes a study on the problems in Normal English education in university , involving teaching objective, curriculum system, guarantee system as well as educational design, all of which are dealt with in the latter part with relative suggestions.
