知识型中小企业创新生态系统治理策略研究 被引量:9

摘要 知识型中小企业创新活跃,缺少足够的知识资源,需要从知识协同的视角加强创新生态系统的治理,解决发展瓶颈。文章对知识型企业创新发展的影响因素进行了梳理,报告了知识型中小企业创新系统的现状;采用规范研究和理论推演的方法,综合创新生态系统、创新范式3.0理论,研究了知识型中小企业创新发展的区域协作性、用户参与性、知识协同性等典型特征,反映了以知识流动为纽带的多要素综合集成的生态系统问题,提出了一个以促进知识协同为核心的创新生态系统模型。依据该模型,文章提出:应用Web 2.0技术搭建公益性中小企业科学社区,并依托该数字化社区营造适宜的创新生态环境,培育知识型中小企业的创新活动,是产业治理的核心策略,是制定产业政策的重要依据。 Small and medium-sized enterprises based on knowledge(SMEK) are active to create, but they always lack enough know-ledge resources. The problem should be solved through govemance of innovation ecosystem from the perspective of knowledge collaboration. The thesis reviews the influence factors of innovation development of knowledge-based enterprise firstly, reports the present situation of innovation system of SMEK. Then, a normative research and theoretical deduction method has been used to analyze the characteristics of Regional cooperation, user participation and knowledge collaboration of innovation activities of SMEK, reflect a ecosystem problem in which there are multi-resources integrated with knowledge flow. As a result, an innovation ecosystem model on the basis of regional innovation ecosystem and 3.0 Innovation Paradigm has been proposed in the next part. This model advocates building public welfare scientific communities of SMEK with Web 2.0, constructing appropriate innovation ecosystem based on digital platform and cultivating enterprises乂 innovation activities to guarantee "mass innovation" . This is the core industry govemance strategy for SMEK system.
