摘要
文章基于员工离职创业相关研究模型,对员工离职的原因及离职后的创业状况进行了梳理,报告了目前国内外离职创业相关研究的现状,通过采用案例研究方法,对19位M公司近三年离职创业者展开研究,反映了员工的性别、岗位、年龄等和其离职的原因及其离职后的创业活动均具有一定的相关性,研究得出创业者本人大部分具有创业精神,掌握市场资源和专业技能的员工离职后从事和原企业相关的行业机会较大,领导能力越强、人品修养越好的人对本行业的影响越大,在离职时往往会有一些追随者。同时,提出创业教育应对学生的创业精神、品格修养、领导艺术、市场知识、专业技能五方面加以培养的政策建议,以期更好地开展创业教育、提高学生创业能力。
Based on the employee entrepreneurship related model, reviewing the reasons for leaving and generalizing the entrep-reneurship status of those employees, understanding the present research situation about employee entrepreneurship both at home and abroad, then adopting the case study method to analyze the 19 former employees of M corporation in the latest three years, finding that these factors, such as gender, position, age, etc., are all related with departure reasons and entrepreneurial activities. It is concluded that most of the entrepreneurs possesses entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurs who grasps the market resources and professional skills of their former corporation are more likely to engage the related industry,the stronger the leadership and the better the personal character accomplishment, the greater influence to the industry they have, at the time of departure they will have some followers, in order to realize the research purposes of carrying out the entrepreneurship education and enhancing students' entrepreneurial capabilities better, our entrepreneurial education should cultivate students' entrepreneurial spirit, character and morals, leadership skill, market knowle-dge and professional skill.
