摘要
员工作为企业内部最为活跃的组织要素,具有较强的主观能动作用,在面临一系列困难情况下,如何增强企业凝聚力,保证员工队伍的稳定性,并充分发挥员工的主体作用已成为石油企业必须思考的问题。文章以我国石油企业为样本对象,通过对中石油、中石化、中海油三大国有石油企业的339名员工进行问卷调查,就石油企业变革型领导行为对组织凝聚力的影响机理进行分析,并构建理论模型。研究发现:石油企业变革型领导行为与组织凝聚力之间存在正向影响关系,组织公平在石油企业变革型领导行为与组织凝聚力之间具有正向调节作用。
Staff as enterprise internal organizational elements are the most active, have stronger subjective dynamic role, in the face of a series of difficult circumstances, how to enhance the enterprise cohesion, guarantee the stability of the staff and give full play to the staffs main body role has become oil companies have to think about problems. Object based on the sample of Chinese oil companies, petrochina, sinopec and cnooc,three big state-owned oil companies of the questionnaire survey to 339 employees, over oil enterprise transformational leadership behavior analysis the influence mechanism of group cohesion, and establish the theoretical model.Study found that transformational leadership behavior and organizational petroleum enterprise cohesion,there is a positive influence on relationship between organizational justice in the petroleum enterprise transformational leadership behavior and organizational cohesion between positive adjustment.
