摘要 汽车模块化、平台化在国外发展已日趋成熟,在各大车企中广泛应用。本文中在模块化、平台化的基础上,提出了广汽车身跨平台模块化共享架构。构建了跨B/C和跨A0/A级车型平台的两大车型子架构(含常规和新能源汽车),覆盖A00至C级车型的模块套件矩阵,突破多项跨平台/车型的共性关键技术,建立广汽自主车型车身体系架构并实现多种自主品牌常规和新能源车型的投产与上市,取得了良好的经济效益。 Vehicle modularization and platform sharing are getting matured increasingly in foreign countries and more widely applied in major vehicle enterprises. O n the basis of modularization and platform sharing, the shared architecture of Guangzhou Automobile Corporation (GAC ) vehicle body cross-platform modularization is presented in this paper. The sub-architectures of two major vehicle models (including both conventional and new energy vehicles) for cross- B/C platform and cross- A 0/A platform have been constructed,covering a modularized component matrix from A 00 class to C class vehicles. Breakthroughs have been made in several cross-platform / cross-model common key technologies. Th e body framework of GAC own brand vehicle has been established, by which the production and sales of various GAC conventional and new-energy vehicle models have been realized, achieving great economic benefits.
