讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音——“一带一路”战略背景下的大国担当与话语权建构

Let the World Hear the Voice of China by Reading China Stories: A Great Power's Responsibility and Discourse Right Construction under “One Belt, One Road” Strategy Background

在"一带一路"建设取得丰硕成果的同时,一些质疑的声音也不绝于耳。这些质疑声音认为中国倡导的"一带一路"是中国版的"马歇尔计划",是中国实行殖民扩扩张的重要手段,其目的在于对沿线国家进行殖民统治,是重置"宗藩体系";"一带一路"是转移中国过剩产能。在西方主导的国际话语体系下,这些质疑声音被不断放大,严重影响了中国的国家形象。实质上,中国倡导的"一带一路"是建立在"共商共建共享"的基础上,走和平与发展、合作与共赢的道路。面对这些质疑,中国要主动应对、积极发声,讲好中国故事,传播好中国的声音,建构中国特色的话语权力,进一步推动国际秩序朝着更加公平合理的方向发展。

China has gained great achievement in implementing ＂One Belt, One Road＂ Strategy, but at the same time some people have doubts about it, thinking that it is the Chinese version of ＂Marshall Plan＂. an important way for China to realize colonial expansion, which might lead to China＇s colonial rule of other countries along the ＂New Silk Road＂. They also think that the ＂One Belt, One Road＂ Strategy is to transfer China’s surplus capacity. Under the Western-dominated international discourse system, these doubts have been spread and severely affect China＇s national image. In fact, the ＂One Belt, One Road＂ Strategy aims at a peacefiil, developing, cooperative and win-win road based on the idea of ＂mutual-consultation,mutual-construction,mutual-exploitation＂. To resolve these doubts,China should respond actively, let the world hear the voice of China by reading China stories to gain the right of discourse with Chinese characteristics so as to make the existing international order more just and equitable.
