我国经济供需结构和供给侧结构性改革的思考

Thoughts on China's Economic Supply and Demand Structure and Supply-side Structural Reform

供给侧结构性改革是当前的重大经济任务。从理论来源看,宏观经济下需求和供给的双侧逆动是产生经济困难的原因;从各国政策看,供给管理早有得失经验,值得我国正反借鉴;从实践原因分析,需求侧"三驾马车"动力衰减、边际效益降低以及供给侧要素组合结构的量质不优等问题,决定了供给侧结构性改革的必然性和可行性。改革需要从"五大政策支柱"、五大任务、制度供给、结构调整入手,构建长期稳定发展的经济新动力。

Supply-side structural reform is a major economic task. Theoretically, the contradiction between supply side and demand side under the macro-economy is the cause for economic difficulties; seeing from the perspective of different states’ policies,other countries’ supply management experience can provide reference to China; analyzed from practical reasons, supply-side structural reform is necessary and feasible due to problems such as impetus attenuation of the demand side, decrease in marginal benefit, unsatisfying quantity and quality of the factors in supply side, etc. The author thinks that we should carry out the reform from “five policy supports”,five tasks,system supply and structural adjustment so as to build a new economic impetus with long-term stable development.
