铲距对深松铲表面应力及其分布状态的影响 被引量:2

摘要 铲距是深松机的关键结构参数,其在深松过程中对深松铲表面应力的变化产生重要影响。本研究以箭形深松铲为对象,采用ANSYS软件,研究铲距对深松铲表面应力及其分布状态的影响。结果表明:(1)当载荷相同时,深松铲受到的平均应力随铲距的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势,铲距对深松铲平均应变量的影响较小;降低深松耕作阻力的水平分力有利于减小深松铲的表面应力,延长深松铲的使用寿命;(2)相对于300mm与500mm铲距,当铲距为400mm时深松铲的表面应力分布较为均匀,应力集中区域较少;(3)提高铲柄切土刃、铲尖与铲柄的接合处、螺栓安装孔的材料强度,有利于增加深松铲的使用寿命。本研究可以为提高深松铲使用寿命,优化深松机布局方式提供依据。 Lateral spacing is a key structural parameter of subsoiler,which produces a significant influence on the surface stress changes of subsoiling.In this paper,arrow shaped subsoiler was studied as the object to study on the influence of lateral spacing on the surface stress and distribution of subsoiler using ANSYS software.The results showed that:(1)With the same load,the average stress of the subsoiler increased at first and then decreased with the increase of lateral spacing.The lateral spacing had a little effect on the average stress deformation of subsoiler.The reducing of the horizontal component from subsoiling was in favor of reducing the surface stress of subsoiler and prolonging the service life of subsoiler.(2)Compared to 300 mm and 500 mm,the subsoiler with a 400 mm lateral spacing had a more uniform surface stress distribution and a smaller stress concentration area.(3)It could prolong the service life of subsoiler by improving the material strength of the soil cutting blade,the joint of tip and handle and the bolt mounting hole.These researches can provide the basis for prolonging the service life of subsoiler and optimizing the layout of the subsoiler.
