摘要 结合中国北方垄作的特点,研制出与45~60kW拖拉机配套使用的垄作联合整地机。文中对机器的总体和关键工作部件进行详细设计,采用原垄灭茬—垄中旋耕—覆土镇压耕作顺序,并做大量的田间试验。试验结果表明,机器灭茬效果理想,大于8cm的茬块极少;碎土效果良好,耕后土壤水分较传统耕法有大幅提高,起到保护环境和土壤资源的作用。 This article unifies characteristics of dry farm of north part of China,develops rotary cultivator of original ridge stubble and seedling belt,which is match with 45~60kW tractor.The overall and key job parts of machine are designed in detail.Performed massive experiments making use the cultivation method of ridge stubble—belt-shaped rotary cultivator in the ridge—the returned soil suppression,the result indicates the effect of stubble of machine is ideal,the stubble block,which is longer than 8cm,is extremely few,the broken earth effect is good,the soil moisture enhances largely compared with the tradition plow method after plowing,plays the role of protecting environment and soil resource.
