摘要 为获取苹果树枝的力学特性参数,以红富士苹果树枝为试验材料,在精密型微控电子式万能试验机上进行拉压特性试验。采用统计软件对树枝每个阶段力学特性参数进行数据分析处理,得出苹果树枝抗压最大弹性强度为0.911MPa,弹性模量为488.04MPa;抗拉最大弹性强度为2.62MPa,弹性模量为90.35MPa;当树枝承受10.15MPa作用时,树枝的变形较快。该研究成果可为苹果树修剪和水果采摘机设计提供参考依据。 In order to obtain mechanical properties parameters of Hongfushi apple tree branch,experiment is carried out on the precision micro controlled electronic universal testing machine,and statistical software was used to analyze the parameters of each stage of the branches.The following data were obtained through test:maximum elastic strength of apple tree branch compression strength is0.911 MPa,and the elastic modulus is 488.04 MPa.The maximum elastic strength of the apple tree branch tensile strength is2.62 MPa,and the elastic modulus is 90.35 MPa.When the branch was subjected to the strength up to 10.15 MPa,the branches deformation becomes fast.The tensile property of apple tree is larger than its compressive strength.The conclusion provides reference for apple branch trim and picking machine design.
