摘要
集条是打瓜收获过程中的必要环节。本文设计一种螺旋式打瓜集条机,采用搅龙双向螺旋输送机理,将两侧打瓜收拢集中,有利于提高集条率,防止漏集。结合物料螺旋输送机理,理论分析推导出螺旋式打瓜集条机关键参数螺旋直径、螺旋转速、螺旋面升角的计算公式;为进一步优化设计建立数学模型,同时设计仿形机构,使搅龙在工作过程中随地面上下移动。该机具的设计研究可为其它瓜类的机械化收获提供理论参考。
Collection is a necessary step in the process of seed melon harvest.Spiral machine for seed melon was designed using bidirectional spiral transmission mechanism.Two sides of seed melons were collected by the machine which improving the collecting rate and preventing the omission.The formulas for calculating key parameters including the diameter,speed and ascending angle were derived through the theoretical analysis;the mathematical model was established for further optimization design.The profiling mechanism wais designed to make the spiral machine can move up and down following the ground changing during working time.Theoretical references for the mechanized harvesting of other melons were provided based on this research.
