摘要
植物叶片的三维可视化研究已经成为虚拟植物研究热点之一。为实现带纹理植物叶片的三维可视化,本文根据叶片自身特征信息,设计并实现一种基于图像的纹理植物叶片三维可视化系统。首先,根据双目立体视觉原理,结合一种改进的张正友标定算法和数字图像相关技术实现植物叶片的三维坐标测量算法研究;然后,设计植物叶片三维可视化软硬件测量系统,通过C++结合OpenCV编程实现本文算法,Matlab2010绘图实现叶片三维可视化;最后,本系统对网纹草叶片三维可视化测量,结果表明本系统可精确实现带纹理植物叶片的三维可视化,为虚拟植物叶片提供一种方法。
Three-dimensional(3D)visualization of plant leaves has become one of the research hotpots on virtual plants.In order to realize 3Dvisualization of plant leaves with texture,a 3dvisualization system was designed and implemented according to the characteristic information of plant leaves.Firstly,the 3dcoordinate measurement was studied based on binocular stereo vision principle,combining with improved Zhang's calibration algorithm and digital image correlation technology.Secondly,software and hardware measurement system was designed by using C++combined with OpenCV programming and Matlab2010 tool.The results showed that 3D visualization measurement could be realized by this system and a method for virtual plant leaves was provided.
