习近平主席“一带一路”话语创新实践案例研究 被引量:10

摘要 自国家主席习近平2013年提出共建"一带一路"重大倡议以来,他多次在国际演讲中深入阐释"一带一路"的深刻内涵和积极意义。该文以习近平主席有关"一带一路"的对外演讲为研究对象,从话语理论的角度对习近平主席的话语实践进行了深入的探讨。研究表明,习近平主席的话语实践表达了一种的新的话语理念,其话语主题分别表现为"共创"、"携手"、"合作"和"共同体";习近平主席的话语实践成功地运用了"列数据"、"讲故事"、"引名言"、"谈自己"等话语模式,极大地增强了话语信息传递的效力。同时,习近平主席关于"一带一路"的话语实践对中国国际形象的建构与提升具有重要意义,同时也是我国话语权提升的案例典范。 Chinese President Xi Jinping put forward The Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21 ^(st) Century Maritime Silk Road during his overseas visits in 2013. Thereafter he illustrated the essence and significance of The Belt and Road in many international speeches. Focusing on this kind of discourse practice, this study aims to do a thorough and detailed analysis of these five international speeches from a discourse perspective. It is found in this research that 'cooperation' is the main theme in President Xi Jinping's discourse, and President Xi has employed subject terms such as 'co-creating', 'hand in hand', 'community' and 'working with' to express the essence of 'the Belt and Road' in the world stage. The discourse strategies manifested in President Xi's speeches mainly include 'listing data and figures', 'story-telling', 'using quotations' and 'telling personal experience', which have greatly enhanced the communication effect and fit well with China's status and positions in the world. Meanwhile, the discourse practice of these international speeches on the topic of The Belt and Road is significant and beneficial for President Xi's positive international image and China's image promotion. The discourse practice of Chinese President Xi Jinping on the topic of the Belt and Road is also a successful case of China's international construction of discourse power.
