摘要
采用压块-传统炼焦工艺生产铁焦,重点考察了铁精矿加入量、焦化温度、煤粉粒度及煤种对铁焦中铁氧化物还原的影响及金属铁分布形态的影响研究。实验表明,铁精矿加入量、焦化温度、煤种类对铁氧化物还原的影响较大,煤粉粒度对其影响相对较小。
In preparing the ferrocoke by traditional coke-making, the effect of such factors as the adding quantity of iron ore concentrate, coking temperature, size of the pulverized coal and coal types on the reduction of iron oxides in the ferrocoke and the morphological distribution of metallic iron was studied emphatically. The study results show that the adding quantity of iron ore concentrate, coking temperature and coal types have relatively big influence on the reduction of iron oxides, while the size of the pulverized coal has relatively small influence on them.
