摘要
取样分析了高层建筑结构钢Q345GJC钢板的裂纹原因,结果表明,Q345GJC钢板上的裂纹是由于铸坯上产生的皮下裂纹所致,而且微合金化元素添加量及种类越多,连铸坯的裂纹敏感性越强。采取措施后,有效控制了Q345GJC钢板的裂纹发生率。
The causes leading to the cracks formed on the surface of the Q345GJC high-rise building structural steel plate were analyzed by taking a sample. The analytical results show that the cracks formed on the surface of the Q345GJC steel plate was caused by the subsurface cracks in strands. And the more the content of adding elements and kinds of microalloying elements are, the more intensive the crack susceptibility of continuous casting billet will be. The incidence of cracks formed on the surface of the Q345GJC steel plate was controlled effectively after the countermeasures were taken.
