摘要
雷达基本子阵中的电缆排布紧密且有损耗需要散热。某型雷达中,基本子阵是个封闭空间,热量无法通过自然散热和风冷方式散掉。在反射板中设计水道,使反射板兼具冷板功能,电缆热量通过接头传导到金属结构件上,再与水分配器和冷板换热。对该设计方案进行热仿真,结果显示,电缆内导体最高温度满足热设计指标要求。
The cables in radar requires proper heat dissipation. In a certain type of radars, the cablesare located in an enclosed space. The heat cannot be dissipated by natural cooling or airper, the cooling liquid channel was designed inside the reflection plate. Therefore, the reflection plate has the function of cold plate. The heat of cables s transferred to metal structural parts through cables connectors ,and then exchanges heat with the cold plate and coolant dispenser. Simulation of this thermal design is performed. And the results showed that the maximum temperature of the cables meet of the thermal design.
